Initial Consultation

What to expect?

It is important that you feel informed and in control of your healing journey. In our first appointment, I will ask you a number of questions about your symptoms. I will ask you about your past medical history and together we will create a health timeline. Please bring with you details of any medications that you are currently taking. It is also helpful for me to know about your family medical history. We will close our session by drawing up your individual healing plan and agree the correct remedy/remedies for you.

Follow Up Appointment

Depending on the nature of your complaints, we may agree in your healing plan to meet up again for follow up appointments. This is usually monthly and will usually be a 30-minute consultation, but we can adjust this depending on the right course of action for you.

As I am currently studying Homeopathy until June 2025, I am working under supervision from my mentor. This means that you will benefit from both my expertise and that of my very experienced supervisor. These prices are typical for a trainee Homeopath.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is homeopathy safe?

Homeopathy is perfectly safe. This is because homeopathic medicines  are made from a very small amount of the active ingredient. Two hundred  years of practice, research and trials have proved the safety of this  gentle system of medicine for both people and animals. Unlike  some conventional drugs, homeopathic medicines are non-addictive and  have no dangerous side-effects. Homeopathy is safe to use for babies,  children and pregnant or breastfeeding women, who are under the  supervision of a homeopathic doctor.

Can homeopathy be used alongside other types of treatment?

Homeopathy doesn’t interfere with conventional medicine and should be seen as a complementary treatment, not as an alternative. Homeopathy cannot replace all other forms of healthcare, but can be  used as the first treatment option in a wide range of conditions. It can  also be used in a complementary way in other situations, for example,  to support good recovery after operations. Despite the differences in approach, homeopathic and conventional  treatments can work very well together. Consulting a medical  doctor trained in homeopathy allows you to receive the best of both  worlds, with the most effective treatments being tailored just for you.

Is homeopathy available via the NHS?

Sadly, in 2017, NHS England stopped funding homeopathic medicines in primary care in England. However, treatments are still available in England through GPs that practice homeopathy as well as conventional medicine.

Can Homeopathy Treat Chronic Disorders And Long-standing Diseases?

Yes. Homeopathy is very effective at treating illnesses such as Allergies, Eczema, Rheumatism, Arthritis, Asthma, Depression, Gastric Disorders, Bladder and Kidney Problems, Heart Disease, Cancer, Menstrual Complaints, Migraines, Chronic Fatigue, Diagnosed Mental Disorders and so on.
